Sultan Brahim restaurant was founded in 1968 in a wonderful location on the coast line of the Jnah area. It was the dream of three brothers Elias, Brahim, and Chaker Ramy.
Their main objective was Quality, Value & Taste; they took extreme care in choosing the freshest of all fish and the best ingredients for the delightful recipes they presented, moreover the three brothers belived that a good customer service would give them a competitive edge; and so happened, the restaurant was a major hit, people from all over the country headed to Sultan Brahim to enjoy the best food and the friendly atmosphere.

February 1976 was the date when Sultan Brahim Jnah closed its doors for good, the reason was the commencement of the Lebanese war, but this unfortunate uncontrollable bad external factor did not discourage the Ramy's from moving on and doing what they do best.

January 1978 was the opening of Sultan Brahim restuarant Jal el Dib highway.
Their commitment to technology and innovation has kept Sultan Brahim restaurant at the forefront of the hospitality industry. Their objective is, and has always been, to fulfill customers' needs while enhancing the Group's expertise and competitiveness. The result is relentless pursuit of innovative ideas to offer the customers an exceptional gastronomy in a professional and customer service oriented environment.

Back to back successes baptized Sultan Brahim restaurant to be the leader in the Lebanese and seafood industry, from people queuing in lines for hours to enjoy lunch on a Sunday, to newspapers press releases writing about the finger-licking food, and awards won locally and regionally in "best food quality" and "best service" category, even the Jnah bridge was named after them "the Sultan Brahim bridge", people called from all over the Middle East and shared their experiences in talk shows on the regional TV channels, to an endless list of stars and politicians from all over the world who visited this restaurant and were thrilled by the experience.

December 1999 was one more turning point in this organization; Diwan al Sultan Brahim was inaugurated in the Ashrafieh region this time it is not a seafood restaurant but a pure Lebanese restaurant offering all kinds of Lebanese food along with exotic and old Lebanese dishes.
Diwan al Sultan Brahim was a result of years of studies conducted by the younger generation of the Ramy family, the five sons who had the same passion of their fathers came out with a success story, the idea is simple, a Lebanese fast food restaurant with delivery services and affordable prices.

April 2003 was the inauguration of the second Sultan Brahim restaurant in the down town area in Beirut central district, this decision was taken in order to be part in the biggest attraction in Lebanon: the Solidere area.
The idea turned out to be a good one and this location is achieving very good results on all levels.
